Equipment needs

Image
I decided to create a table for the different types of equipment that i will need. This shows the reasons why i need the equipment, how i intend to obtain it and if it will cost any money. I used a table to display this information as the contents for each piece of equipment is clearly visible.

Shot List

Image
I created a list of possible shots that I could use in my shooting process with examples of each shot. I believe this helped me choose the final shots as it gave me different ideas for the different scenes I decided to shoot. I displayed this on a PowerPoint document so I could scroll through and pick which one of the shots I believed were best for the specific scene.

Cast & Crew

Image
I created a document where I assigned the different actors their roles within the production. I also created a contact list in which I gave the email and phone numbers of the cast and crew members so that I could get in touch if there were any changes to the arrangements. I chose to display this as a table as I believe it can be easily understood as it is clear and informative.

I did this in the form of a table as i believe that it is the easiest, most organised way to lay out the work. This risk assessment will help me avoid any form of danger during the time we spend filming.

Fortunately, with my film there are only 2 actors required so the likeliness of this being a problem is slim.    Equipment may become damaged.    See if it is repairable. If not, ask to borrow another camera from a different student. If none are available, use mobile phone.    May not be able to use the “Knife” prop outdoors.   Could use an item that is open to be used in public like a bottle. Possibly don’t need weapon but may make the character look less threatening.    The locations we set to film in may ...
